These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Shivanya Grocers Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 56, Samar Vihar, Alambagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Company", "Shopath", "we", "our", or "us"), and every person ("User", "Customer", "you", or "your") who accesses or uses the Shopath mobile application, https://shopath.in, or any related services, products, software, content, websites, APIs, communications, or digital platforms operated by the Company (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Seller Terms (where applicable), and all other policies published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform.
1. ABOUT SHOPATH
Shopath is an online technology marketplace that enables customers to discover, browse, compare, and purchase groceries, household essentials, personal care products, beverages, packaged foods, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other eligible products offered by independent third-party shop partners ("Shop Partners") operating in different locations across India.
Shopath acts solely as a technology intermediary providing digital infrastructure to facilitate communication and transactions between Customers and Shop Partners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Shopath:
does not manufacture products;
does not own inventory listed by Shop Partners;
does not issue tax invoices for products sold by Shop Partners;
does not guarantee continuous availability of any product;
does not act as the seller of products listed by Shop Partners.
Each Shop Partner independently determines product availability, pricing, applicable taxes, discounts, packaging, billing, stock levels, and delivery timelines, subject to applicable law.
Invoices for products purchased through the Platform are issued directly by the respective Shop Partner.
Delivery of products is performed by the respective Shop Partner or its authorized delivery personnel unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of these Terms:
"Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform.
"Applicable Law" means all laws, rules, regulations, notifications, circulars, judicial decisions and governmental directions applicable within India.
"Customer" means any individual using Shopath to browse or purchase products.
"Order" means a request placed by a Customer for purchasing products through the Platform.
"Platform Fee" means the convenience or technology fee charged by Shopath for providing marketplace services, which may vary from time to time.
"Shop Partner" means any independent grocery retailer, supermarket, pharmacy, merchant, or business registered on Shopath for selling products.
"Wallet" means any promotional or refundable balance maintained within the Platform for future purchases.
"Content" means all text, images, graphics, software, logos, trademarks, videos, audio, documents, advertisements, and other material available on the Platform.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You may use the Platform only if:
(a) you are at least 18 years of age;
(b) you are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
(c) you are not prohibited from using online commerce services under applicable law;
(d) you provide accurate and complete information during registration.
If you are under the age of 18 years, the Platform may only be used under the supervision and consent of a parent or lawful guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Shopath reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account created in violation of this Clause.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Shopath, you represent and warrant that:
you have read these Terms;
you agree to comply with all applicable laws;
all information submitted by you is true and accurate;
you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
you shall not misuse or interfere with the Platform.
These Terms become effective immediately upon your first use of the Platform.
5. USER ACCOUNT
To access certain features of Shopath, you may be required to create an Account using your mobile number authenticated through a One-Time Password (OTP).
You agree that:
you shall maintain only one genuine account unless expressly permitted;
you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and device;
you shall immediately notify Shopath if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
Shopath may suspend or permanently disable any fraudulent, duplicate, fake, misleading, inactive, or suspicious account.
You remain responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
6. PLATFORM SERVICES
The Platform enables Customers to electronically place purchase requests with independent Shop Partners for groceries and other eligible products available in their service area.
Shopath provides technology services including, but not limited to:
Product discovery;
Search and filtering;
Digital catalogues;
Order placement;
Order status tracking;
Secure payment facilitation;
Promotional campaigns;
Customer support;
Wallet services;
Platform notifications;
Digital communications between Customers and Shop Partners.
Shopath does not guarantee that every product displayed on the Platform will always remain available.
Availability depends upon the inventory maintained by individual Shop Partners.
Shopath reserves the right to modify, discontinue, suspend, or improve any feature of the Platform without prior notice.
7. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions, photographs, nutritional information, specifications, expiry dates, ingredients, sizes, weights, quantities, pricing, discounts, offers, and availability displayed on the Platform are provided by the respective Shop Partner or obtained from manufacturers.
While Shopath makes reasonable efforts to display accurate information, minor variations may occur.
Actual products delivered may vary due to:
manufacturer packaging updates;
stock availability;
regional variations;
product substitutions approved by the Customer;
image representation differences.
Customers are advised to carefully read labels, ingredients, allergy warnings, nutritional information, and expiry details before consumption.
Shopath shall not be responsible for typographical errors, image variations, or manufacturer modifications.
8. PRICING
All prices displayed on the Platform are determined by the respective Shop Partner unless otherwise specified.
Prices may vary based on:
location;
applicable taxes;
promotional offers;
inventory levels;
time-sensitive pricing;
manufacturer schemes.
Prices displayed at the time of placing an Order are generally considered final.
However, obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, system failures, or fraudulent manipulation may result in cancellation of the Order.
In such circumstances, Customers shall receive an appropriate refund where applicable.
9. PLATFORM FEE
Shopath may charge a Platform Fee for providing marketplace technology services.
As of the Effective Date, the standard Platform Fee may start from ₹5 plus applicable GST, subject to revision from time to time.
The Platform Fee is separate from:
product price;
delivery charges;
taxes;
packaging charges;
convenience fees charged by Shop Partners.
The applicable Platform Fee shall always be displayed before payment confirmation.
Advertisement-Supported Fee Reduction
Shopath may reduce or waive the Platform Fee where a Customer voluntarily views promotional advertisements, participates in reward programs, or qualifies under promotional campaigns.
The availability of such benefits shall remain solely at the discretion of Shopath and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
10. ORDERS
An Order placed by a Customer constitutes an offer to purchase products from the selected Shop Partner.
Submission of an Order does not automatically constitute acceptance.
An Order shall be deemed accepted only when confirmed by the respective Shop Partner.
A Shop Partner may reject or cancel an Order due to:
product unavailability;
stock shortage;
incorrect pricing;
suspected fraud;
delivery limitations;
payment verification failure;
force majeure events;
operational reasons.
Shopath shall not be liable for rejection of Orders by Shop Partners.
11. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After an Order is successfully placed, the Customer shall receive an electronic confirmation through the Platform.
Such confirmation merely acknowledges receipt of the Order request.
Acceptance remains subject to verification by the respective Shop Partner.
Estimated delivery time displayed on the Platform is only an estimate and shall not constitute a legally binding commitment.
12. PAYMENT METHODS
Customers may pay using any payment option made available on the Platform from time to time, including:
UPI;
Credit Cards;
Debit Cards;
Net Banking;
Digital Wallets;
Cash on Delivery (where available);
Gift Cards;
Promotional Credits;
Shopath Wallet;
Other RBI-compliant payment methods.
Payments are processed through authorized payment gateway partners.
Shopath does not store Customers' complete card details.
All electronic transactions are subject to verification by payment processors and banking institutions.
13. FAILED PAYMENTS
If payment fails after Order placement, Shopath or the Shop Partner may cancel the Order.
Where money has been debited but the Order is not confirmed, the amount shall ordinarily be reversed by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable banking timelines.
Shopath shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI service providers, or other financial institutions.
14. CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery ("COD") may be available for eligible Orders.
Shopath or the Shop Partner reserves the right to:
disable COD for specific Users;
disable COD for specific locations;
impose COD limits;
require prepaid payment for high-value Orders.
Repeated refusal to accept COD Orders may result in suspension or restriction of COD privileges.
15. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an Order after acceptance by the Shop Partner, subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation shall be subject to acceptance by the Shop Partner.
A Cancellation Fee may be charged depending on the stage of processing, packing, or dispatch of the Order.
If the Order has already been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible or may attract additional charges.
Any applicable Platform Fee, payment gateway charges, or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
The applicable cancellation amount, if any, shall be communicated to the Customer before final processing of the cancellation request.
16. DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Delivery of products purchased through the Platform shall ordinarily be undertaken by the respective Shop Partner or its authorized delivery personnel unless expressly stated otherwise by Shopath.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the Platform are indicative only and may vary due to operational, traffic, weather, local restrictions, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shopath shall use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate timely deliveries but does not warrant or guarantee that every Order will be delivered within the estimated time displayed.
The Customer shall ensure that an authorized person is available at the delivery location to receive the Order.
If the Customer is unavailable, the Shop Partner may attempt re-delivery, contact the Customer, or cancel the delivery in accordance with its operational policies.
17. DELIVERY LOCATION
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:
Full delivery address;
Landmark;
Contact number;
Recipient details;
Any special delivery instructions.
If an Order cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or inaccessible address information, Shopath and the Shop Partner shall not be liable for any resulting delay, cancellation, or loss.
Additional delivery charges may apply if the delivery address is changed after the Order has been accepted.
18. FAILED DELIVERY
A delivery attempt shall be considered unsuccessful where:
the Customer is unavailable;
the delivery address is incorrect;
the Customer refuses to accept the Order without valid reason;
repeated calls remain unanswered;
access to the delivery location is restricted;
payment (for Cash on Delivery Orders) is refused.
Following a failed delivery attempt, the Shop Partner may:
cancel the Order;
charge applicable cancellation fees;
restrict Cash on Delivery eligibility;
report repeated abuse to Shopath.
Repeated failed deliveries may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the Customer Account.
19. RETURN POLICY
Returns shall only be accepted in accordance with this Policy.
Customers may request a return within one (1) hour from the time the Order is marked as "Delivered" on the Platform.
No return request shall ordinarily be accepted after expiry of the above period unless required by applicable law.
Return requests may be accepted in cases including:
Wrong product delivered;
Damaged product;
Expired product;
Missing item;
Defective packaged goods;
Incorrect quantity supplied;
Material quality issue capable of verification.
For hygiene, health, food safety, and statutory reasons, certain categories may be designated as non-returnable, unless the product is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
20. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Where feasible, Shopath or the respective Shop Partner may replace an eligible product instead of issuing a refund.
Replacement shall be subject to:
verification of the issue;
product availability;
collection of the originally supplied product where applicable.
The Shop Partner reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving replacement.
Customers shall cooperate by providing photographs, videos, invoices, or any other reasonable evidence requested for verification.
21. REFUND POLICY
Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed through one of the following methods:
Original payment method;
Shopath Wallet;
Any other legally permissible refund method.
Refund mode shall be determined by Shopath or the respective Shop Partner depending upon operational feasibility, payment method used, and applicable law.
Estimated refund timelines may vary depending upon:
banking institutions;
payment gateway partners;
UPI service providers;
card issuers;
wallet operators.
Platform Fees, cancellation charges, payment gateway charges, and statutory deductions may be non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law.
22. SHOPATH WALLET
Shopath may maintain a digital Wallet facility for eligible Customers.
Wallet credits may arise from:
refunds;
promotional campaigns;
goodwill credits;
referral programs;
cashback offers;
marketing campaigns.
Wallet balances:
are non-transferable;
cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash;
may carry expiry dates;
may be subject to promotional conditions.
Shopath reserves the right to suspend or reverse Wallet credits obtained through fraud, abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
23. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Every Customer agrees that they shall:
provide accurate information;
maintain confidentiality of their Account;
comply with all applicable laws;
make timely payment for Orders;
behave respectfully towards Shop Partners and delivery personnel;
inspect delivered products promptly;
raise genuine complaints only.
Customers shall not:
abuse customer support;
threaten Shop Partners or delivery personnel;
misuse refund policies;
intentionally place fake Orders;
repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery Orders without reasonable cause;
manipulate promotional campaigns;
engage in fraudulent transactions.
Violation of this Clause may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of access to the Platform.
24. FRAUD PREVENTION
Shopath maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud.
The Company may investigate any suspicious activity including:
fake Accounts;
duplicate Accounts;
payment fraud;
coupon abuse;
Wallet abuse;
chargeback fraud;
identity theft;
bot activity;
bulk purchasing intended for unauthorized resale;
manipulation of ratings or reviews.
Where fraudulent activity is suspected, Shopath may, without prior notice:
suspend Accounts;
cancel Orders;
block Wallets;
recover losses;
report the matter to law enforcement authorities;
initiate appropriate civil or criminal proceedings.
25. ORDER VERIFICATION
Shopath and Shop Partners reserve the right to verify any Order before acceptance or dispatch.
Verification may include:
OTP confirmation;
telephonic confirmation;
identity verification;
payment verification;
address confirmation;
fraud risk assessment.
Failure to successfully complete verification may result in cancellation of the Order without liability.
26. DELIVERY VERIFICATION
Delivery may be confirmed through one or more of the following methods:
One-Time Password (OTP);
Customer signature;
Digital acknowledgment;
Geo-location confirmation;
Delivery photograph, where legally permissible;
Any other reasonable proof of delivery.
Once delivery has been successfully verified, the Order shall ordinarily be treated as completed, subject to the Return and Refund provisions contained in these Terms.
27. CUSTOMER REVIEWS, RATINGS AND FEEDBACK
Customers may submit ratings, reviews, comments, suggestions, photographs, videos, or other feedback relating to products, Shop Partners, or the Platform.
By submitting such content, the Customer represents and warrants that:
the content is truthful and based on genuine experience;
the content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
the content is not defamatory, abusive, misleading, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or fraudulent;
the content does not contain viruses or malicious software.
By uploading any content to the Platform, the Customer grants Shopath a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and promote such content for operating, improving, advertising, and marketing the Platform without further notice or compensation.
Shopath reserves the right to edit, refuse, remove, or moderate any review or content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
28. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, COUPONS AND REWARDS
From time to time, Shopath may offer promotional campaigns, discounts, cashback, coupons, referral rewards, loyalty benefits, or other incentives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
all promotional offers are discretionary;
offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
offers may be withdrawn at any time;
offers may be subject to eligibility criteria;
misuse of promotions may result in cancellation of benefits.
Shopath reserves the right to cancel any promotion obtained through fraud, manipulation, technical abuse, or violation of these Terms.
29. ADVERTISEMENT-SUPPORTED BENEFITS
The Platform may display advertisements, sponsored products, sponsored stores, promotional banners, videos, surveys, or third-party marketing content.
Customers may voluntarily interact with advertisements to receive promotional benefits, cashback, loyalty rewards, or a reduction in the Platform Fee where such programs are offered.
Viewing advertisements does not guarantee any reward unless expressly specified by Shopath.
Shopath shall not be responsible for the content, products, services, or claims made by third-party advertisers.
Any transaction between a Customer and a third-party advertiser shall be solely between those parties.
30. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Platform, including its software, user interface, design, source code, databases, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, icons, photographs, videos, audio, text, compilations, algorithms, business processes, layouts, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Shivanya Grocers Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained in these Terms grants any licence or ownership right to any Customer except the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
Customers shall not:
copy;
reproduce;
reverse engineer;
modify;
distribute;
scrape;
create derivative works;
commercially exploit;
use automated bots or crawlers;
use any content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
31. USER CONDUCT
While using the Platform, Customers agree that they shall not:
violate any law;
submit false information;
impersonate another person;
interfere with Platform security;
attempt unauthorized access;
introduce malware or harmful code;
overload Platform infrastructure;
misuse APIs;
interfere with payment systems;
engage in money laundering;
upload unlawful content;
harass Shop Partners or Customer Support;
misuse promotional offers;
conduct illegal resale activities;
infringe intellectual property rights.
Shopath reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation.
32. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Shopath may immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Platform without prior notice where:
these Terms are violated;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
repeated delivery failures occur;
payment abuse occurs;
Customer Support is abused;
criminal activity is suspected;
government authorities require such action;
continued access may adversely affect the Platform or other users.
Termination shall not affect rights accrued prior to termination.
33. PRIVACY
Collection, storage, processing, sharing, and protection of personal information shall be governed by the Shopath Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the Platform, Customers consent to the collection and processing of information necessary for providing services.
Shopath shall implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with internet-based communications.
34. DATA PROTECTION
Customers expressly authorize Shopath to collect and process information including:
name;
mobile number;
delivery address;
device identifiers;
IP address;
payment references;
order history;
customer preferences;
communication history;
location data (where permission is granted);
technical diagnostic information.
Such information may be processed for:
order fulfilment;
fraud prevention;
customer support;
legal compliance;
analytics;
advertising personalization (where permitted);
service improvement.
Processing shall be carried out in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
35. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:
payment gateways;
map providers;
SMS providers;
OTP services;
analytics providers;
cloud hosting;
communication platforms;
advertising partners.
Shopath does not control such third-party services and shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, interruptions, delays, or policies.
Customers acknowledge that use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
36. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopath disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties relating to:
merchantability;
fitness for a particular purpose;
uninterrupted availability;
accuracy;
reliability;
security;
compatibility;
freedom from viruses;
non-infringement.
Shopath does not warrant that:
the Platform will always operate without interruption;
all errors will be corrected immediately;
every Order will be fulfilled;
every product listed will remain available.
37. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Shivanya Grocers Private Limited, Shopath, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, technology partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, Shopath shall not be liable for:
delay or failure in delivery by a Shop Partner;
quality, freshness, or suitability of products supplied by a Shop Partner;
pricing errors originating from Shop Partners;
stock unavailability;
manufacturer defects;
expiry of products supplied by Shop Partners;
internet failures;
payment gateway interruptions;
banking delays;
mobile network failures;
customer device malfunctions;
acts or omissions of third-party service providers;
unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond Shopath's reasonable control.
In no event shall Shopath's aggregate liability exceed the total Platform Fee actually received by Shopath in relation to the specific Order giving rise to the claim, except where a greater liability cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
38. MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER
Shopath is a technology marketplace and is not the seller of products listed by independent Shop Partners unless expressly stated otherwise.
Accordingly:
tax invoices are issued by the respective Shop Partner;
ownership of products remains with the Shop Partner until delivery;
product warranties are provided by the manufacturer or Shop Partner, where applicable;
Shopath does not independently verify every product listed on the Platform;
Shopath does not guarantee the quality, taste, nutritional value, suitability, or merchantability of products supplied by Shop Partners.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an agency, partnership, franchise, employment, or joint venture relationship between Shopath and any Shop Partner.
39. INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shivanya Grocers Private Limited, Shopath, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, technology partners, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
breach of these Terms;
violation of applicable law;
misuse of the Platform;
infringement of intellectual property rights;
fraudulent activity;
false information provided by the Customer;
disputes arising between the Customer and a Shop Partner, except to the extent caused by Shopath's own unlawful conduct.
40. FORCE MAJEURE
Shopath shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters;
floods;
earthquakes;
fire;
epidemic or pandemic;
war;
terrorism;
civil unrest;
governmental restrictions;
internet outages;
power failures;
transportation disruptions;
labour disputes;
cyberattacks;
failures of third-party infrastructure.
Performance of affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
41. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing contained herein shall limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
42. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
The Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations.
If a dispute is not resolved within 30 (thirty) days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the Parties, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Clause shall prevent either Party from seeking interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
43. JURISDICTION
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the courts located at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
44. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Shopath reserves the right to amend, modify, replace, or update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
45. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Platform, the Customer consents to receive communications electronically, including:
SMS;
email;
push notifications;
WhatsApp messages (where consented);
in-app notifications;
system alerts.
Electronic communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
46. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
47. WAIVER
Failure or delay by Shopath to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Shopath.
48. ASSIGNMENT
Customers may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Shopath.
Shopath may assign, transfer, or novate its rights and obligations to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without prior notice to Customers, subject to applicable law.
49. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Seller Terms, Cookie Policy, and any other policies published by Shopath from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Shopath concerning the use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.

In accordance with applicable Indian law, Customers may contact the Grievance Officer regarding complaints, concerns, or legal notices.
