By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1. OUR ROLE

Shopath is a technology marketplace that connects Customers with independent Shop Partners for the purchase of groceries, household essentials, and other products.

Shopath collects and processes personal information only to the extent necessary to:

operate the Platform;

facilitate orders;

process payments;

provide customer support;

improve user experience;

prevent fraud;

comply with legal obligations.

Invoices for purchased products are issued by the respective Shop Partner.

process and fulfil Orders;

Shop Partners (to fulfil your Order);

Upon receipt of a valid request:

the Account may be deactivated;

active Orders must first be completed or cancelled;

certain transactional, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and audit records may continue to be retained where required by applicable law.

Deletion of an Account does not automatically result in deletion of information that Shopath is legally required to retain.

13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years acting independently.

If a minor uses the Platform, such use must be under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

If Shopath becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps may be taken to delete such information.

At present, Shopath primarily operates within India.
